Locks changed and re-keyed

You don't always need to replace your locks. In many cases, we can re-key your existing locks so the old keys no longer work. It's a faster, more affordable option that lets you keep hardware that's still in good condition.

Lock changing/lock re-keying commonly involves changing the pins inside of your existing lock cylinder so it works with a brand-new key. We can also key alike multiple locks so that one master key operates your front door, back door, side door and garage. For more complex properties, we can set up a master key system with different levels of access.

If a lock is genuinely worn out or no longer worth saving, we'll recommend replacing it with quality locksmith grade hardware rather than re-keying a lock that's already worn out.

Either way, you'll get an honest recommendation based on what you actually need whether it's re-key the locks, replace them, or leave them as they are.
